In every trust I have worked so far, consultants make every effort to make sure that the cataract wait list never gets shortened! Then they take these desperate patients into their private practice. This can not be continued. I am sending this to BBC Panorama; enough is enough! I encourage all of you to do the same. Remember We are working in the best interest of the patients!
