Hypocrisy!
You and other heros wake up every morning dreaming about your private clinic dates and wishing to have good private cataract list.

I had a poor patient, psuedoexfoliation , iridodonesis , CDR 0.8 , NS3/NS4. All the badass consultants ( who do extremely routine cataract lists at Spire) left him to go blind because they didn�t want to take the risk as any complication will affect their complicate rate. So they left him with HM/PL vision. IOP uncontrolled so they referred him to glaucoma consultant for cyclodiode!?!?!
