I'm no politician or Denver resident, but that leaves 23 percent of all employees to do most of the real work: electricians, plumbers, air conditioning maintenance and repair, automobile mechanics, restaurant wokers, bartenders, etc. to do the non-college labor, which I would estimate is about 90 percent of the necessary work to keep your city going. I guess what I'm saying is that those figures seem to come somewhere from deep within the writer's rectal passage.
