Pulling this out of my keister, but I’d say all the carriers and flight crews have been run to exhaustion without adequate support during the Obama years when Secretary Clinton was traveling the globe to get “experience” to become president. We know there wasn’t a carrier available on 9-11-2012 to support Ambassador Stevens in Benghazi when those “impromptu” Libyan riots described by Susan Rice got out of hand. With funds and resources now available, neglected maintenance and overhaul is needed, for ships as well as for the crews.
