Hello doctors, belonging to a staffgrade position in a southern england hospital near bristol, i was offered this post after a skype interiew. The medical registration process was already complete. The work permit was arranged through the hospital on the condition of being applicable only to the organising hospital (in other words the hired doctor could only work in this hopsital and only in the ophthalmic speciality). The clinical schedule was changed at wims of the clinical director. Work included eye accident&emergency, glaucoma,retinal and cataract screening and followups, injections and 1:3 oncalls all week day in and day out. Inshort it was a one year long nightmare and examination of our patience. I applied for termination three months in advance, since then have left the post & the b-i-t-c-h place. Replies:
