I worry about any fanatic (like ISIS) religious, or dictatorial group that might get control of nuclear weapons ( they have been made small and portable) and could use it in any of our concentrated metropolitan city which could start a holocaust like it is difficult to imagine.
The only enemy to be feared is the fanatic who will give up his life to attain his objective. like those who accoplished 9/11. ISIS types are an example. Psychotic dictates are the equal (or someone in an equal condition)
