I don't think we'll ever get the true story--at least not from the media who blames Trump for everything bad and credits Obama for everything good. Next year Mattis will have an opportunity to air his reasons for resigning. We'll have to wait and see, but the Syrian people seem to be happy, and I don't hear great cries of woe coming from the Israeli's. I predict the Syrians will begin yelling that they want the Golan Heights back--and it ain't gonna happen.
