I imagine Immunity to Darkness means
- can see in the dark (as if it were daylight, rather than like a night-vision camera)
- resistant to shadow/darkness magic (e.g. if someone is using shadows to hide themselves, your character could see them, can't be injured by shadow weapons, if they touch a shadow construct it dissapates, instant darkness powder would be useless etc.)

As its a power rather than a trait, I would suggest it is completely controllable, so a charcter can turn the ability on and off at will. They're not stuck in a permanmently sunny hell! Due to having additional dimensions compared to night vision, I'd suggest a higher price tag. Perhaps 3k?
