The funny thing though is the fact that they can not survive 24 hours without middle grade doctors! Yet, they are the most abused bunch!
Currently the trusts want middle grades from foreign countries on visa only for 1-2 years, to be kicked out afterwards, without any benefit, no pension, only to do clinics, casualties and on calls! That is the reality! Passing college exams means nothing except that you will be paying them money every year! You get NOTHING.
