The idiot who got caught stealing �300 worth cuff links should be and will be punished (considering his 'funny' name)!
Others are getting away by deliberately prolonging cataract waiting list to bring the desperate patients to private practice or do as weekend ad hoc list and minting money from the NHS! As far as I am concerned, they are lowly thieves! Who is the bigger criminal?
One murder makes a villain, millions a hero! How true indeed!
