With the President's press secretary announcing today that the President will sign the border compromise bill and will declare a national emergency in order to achieve the additional funds required to build his wall, it is probably worth re-looking at the article referenced in the above comment, which concludes that the Supreme Court is likely to overturn the most likely court challenge involved; namely, the re-allocation of previously appropriated, but undesignated military funds, for the purpose of wall-building.
