Colorado to Change Method of Casting Electoral Votes

There was a story in today's Denver Post (See below link) indicating that the Colorado legislature has just passed a bill to join eleven other states plus the District of Columbia in casting its presidential electoral votes for the candidate who receives the largest popular vote nationally.

I have to say that I go along with those who feel that this allows the will of small-state voters to be trampled by the will of large-state voters.

The story goes on to say that this procedure would not go into effect until most of the other states agreed to this procedure.
