Emer had done it! She had managed to sneak out while mother was busy searching the grounds for something--probably to do with healing, like always. But she was not interested in it. Not yet at least. She was young. She wanted to play and play and play! She didn't want to sit around watching lessons and being bored all day every day. There had to be something better out there for her. There just had to be! The urge to run and leap through the air was tempting, but she held in her joys until she had fully crossed out of the boundaries of Spirane. She had run south, out of the packland and well. She didn't really know where she had managed to run off too, but it was pretty!

The summer sun shone down on the sparkling river before her green and gold eyes. She grinned, letting out a playful yip as she bounded towards the water. She skidded to a halt, her brown hued body tumbling into the grass. A giggle escaped her mouth as she rolled in the long grass. She wanted her adventure today. But she wasn't quite sure what kind of adventure she was supposed to have today. But there was something that was gonna happen today. She just knew it. She laid on her back, legs kicking into the air as she stared at the bright blue sky above her head.
