Moving Forward with a Divided Congress

With a divided Congress and with all of the back-and-forth jabs between Pelosi and Trump, one wonders how any legislation will move forward over the next two years.
The below-linked article discusses this issue, and points out that both George Bush and Obama were successful in working with a divided Congress to move some important legislation forward.
It also suggests, however, that Trump will likely have to change his modus operandi.
