As I recall Bin Laden was taken out by a Seal Team. Maybe the same should happen to Don Maduro. I'd be able to offer my Spanish translation ability but lack any skill in dealing with such types. I recall the time that President Roosevelt sent his rep "Wild" Bill Donavan to advise Spain's Franco to not join the Axis powers as the US was not going to permit them to invade the UK which was on their agenda.
