Boeing could still be found culpable in a secondary way. Even though it did certify the 737 max to be able to engage the auto pilot on take off, it also put out additional training materials for the 737 max. The degree to which the training was incorporated in individual airlines is a function of airlines policies and the FAA like organizations of each nation.
If potential differences between certain flying characteristics of the 737 max and other 737's are a factor in the crashes it will be an important determination of the accident investigation. Replies: There have been no replies.
