Hi Trish - the numbers vary a bit on Saturday mornings. On average, about 10 people might be there. Sometimes less, if there is a RoadRunner race that day. The route we do is about 11.2k and there are lots of options along the way for changing it up. We have runners at various paces and distances. It's pretty relaxed.
