Re(1): Ray Fallio on the Need to Reform Capitalism

Reading Mr. Fallio's comments about the lack of an adequate technical education as being a major contributing factor in limiting the upward mobility of low income workers, and suggesting government/private industry cooperation in attacking this problem, I couldn't 't help but be reminded of an an old 2014 post of mine which referenced the novel approach of a large industrial firm, Siemans, in attacking this problem, and which suggested that the government, through tax incentives, encourage other large industrial firms to follow the Siemans approach.
