There does seem to be some indication out there that you can't obstruct justice for a crime if no crime was comitted.

In our system, I always believed you were inocent until proven guilty.

Muller says he can't prove him guity but he won't call him innocent of attempting to obstruct justice in an investigation that found no crime was commited and no justice recommended.

The press is running wild with this.
