Welcome to new age! Most of the consultants these days are semiliterate at best with horrendous skills and knowledge. That is the reality! Some of the middle grades are more skilled and more qualified than them and they don't like it! That's why better quality middle grades are harassed out of the system, so that some crappy middle grades run the service and equally crappy consultant can still be on the top! Race to the abyss, welcome to age of mediocrity.
