Don't recall what i had read that made the statement of cost of 55 billion, but my primary argument is I think the money has been diverted by others than the Navy brass as the now focus on cyber warfare. We got a goodd briefing on that during our 65th reunion (Akerson Tower Briefing) Thursday April 25 morning
