Since he was young, his Tinuvel neighbor has caused him trouble. First, he claimed the Bay. The Bay was his first home on the islands when he returned to find out where he was born. The islands were his birth home and the place he was conceived. His mother was a foreigner, his father a native. Devil's Retribution was a giant of a stallion compared to most. Warsaw wished to be that big and in charge, but because his mother was smaller his full growth was only at 16 hands high. To get back on track, Warsaw knew the Bay well. He could still vividly recall his fight with the stallion named Governor when he wanted two of the mares he collected. Warsaw was successful in defending them, but it wasn't long after that he left them all behind.

He had a couple foals, even found a lover most interesting, but he wasn't ready for what settling down could bring. He found the right girl too young. Some years later he returned to find the Bay occupied and the Inlet open to claim. He set down his roots yet again, but found trouble in his neighbor Dexter. The stallion was popular with the ladies and even found an interest in the lady Morrigan whom Warsaw once loved. The Bay soon called to him so he challenged for it back, but he was unsuccessful in his efforts. He left again to allow Morrigan a better life with her new stud and to grow stronger for the next time he was to return.

Return he did after many years away from the islands. He returned a now seasoned stallion in the ways of battle and herd life. Warsaw found the Bay flourishing with life and the Inlet deserted so once again he fell into leading the land he had once tried to toss away. This time he was determined to keep the Inlet his as well as control the flow of the Bay's herd. He was quickly greeted with the arrival of the Bay's leader, a Queen. He was disappointed to learn mares now owned much of the islands. The mare Mariael had announced her right to own all of Tinuvel and though he had allowed it a as a plot to overthrow her later, the mare disappeared before her reign even started. That was just fine with him since the fact of a mare leading him was disgusting. Warsaw was waited for almost three years now for someone new to claim the Bay so that he might finally turn his dream in reality. Being a King of a whole island had a nice ring to it.

He knew it wouldn't be so easy that the Bay Lead would accept him as their King. Warsaw knew before coming here what the answer might be, but like Mariael he would try to talk first. Talk to him was just stating what would be happening if the other refused of course. Just as he expected, the new Bay King refused his 'rights' and seemed ready to fight him on the matter. This might just have to get dirty in order for Warsaw to achieve this long standing goal of his. He would still send over Sabela. He was tired of the mare's sulking. "I assure you the Bay has been my home longer than it has been yours." Teeth curl back as he feels the protest in the Fjord's words. The Bay might not be his now, but it soon would be again.

Grey ears pin tightly to the back of his skull as his muscles tighten. Legs begin to move the beast closer with a flick of his blackened mane and the thrust of his tail. "When I become King all herds Bay and Inlet alike will follow my wishes and commands. You may have your herd and your own mares, but you will not be a King, just an Earl. The bay will be yours to command, but I have final say of any actions regarding alliances, enemies, and anything that will effect Tinuvel. I will give you a few weeks to gather your herd base and think about this decision. If you still wish to run the Bay independently from myself than a fight will ensue." He stops, snorts, then spins around and begins to walk back towards the Inlet.

"I suggest you find a new land to settle down in if you wish to avoid any violence." He chuckles as he yells back to the Bay stallion. He knew very well that this stallion wanted Tinuvel to stay an Anarchy. He might protest a fight, but if he did Warsaw had the means to play dirty.
