No doubt we are walking on thin ice regarding the tariffs but I think we have to gingerly walk this walk. The Chinese government have been screwing us for decades by their theft of our industrial secrets from American companies who established plants in China and by sending their brightest students to our universities to further the theft. China does not allow US companies to do business there unless we share our secrets. A few of our brighter leaders tried to warn us decades ago but no one would listen or believe; now we are paying the price and the price will likely go up before the problem is solved! What blows my mind is this is being reported as "new news"! Hell, this has been going on for decades - and we never had sense to stop it! Problem in that much of the information forced to be shared (i.e. stolen) goes directly into building up their military might! Replies:
