They advertise the job as 'clinical fellow' to give you less money than any other middle grade doctor! There is no 'fellowship', no training and they will suck your blood by asking you to do clinics, casualties, injections and on calls! Do not be naive into thinking that it is a real fellowship, where you are given real teaching and skills.
