While I was supporting NavSea, I was on the DDG 51 contract design team, and I am familiar with its armament. There's an automatic 5"/54 gun mount forward, missile silo's forward, and a helo hangar aft. Among the assortment of missiles, there's an anti-surface ship model. Don't think any surface ship threat from a foreign navy should think there's no sting from our surface Navy.
