The new Marine Grad Center right wears a USMC Good conduct Ribbon & Rifle Expert badge -so he was a Marine Enlisted man prior. I felt angst after reading the comment by the female statement - she thought her experience as a Plebe Detailer gave her confidence in her ability to be an officer; Plebes are NOT like enlisted men/women. Its a different world out there in the Real world. I hope she has the sense to quickly notice the difference in subordinates. Many new commissioned officers make serious errors in their new duties - - there is a weaning process. Replies: There have been no replies.
