Doc told me his company officer at graduation time told him his class voted that he had to turn in his class ring. THat was checked out after we heard that, it was a blatant lie.
Fitz Woodrow was Class President at the time of that reunion Dick Dean was Prez at graduation, I believe Dick had done the checking. Doc told me the money he got from turning in his ring, was a significant amount of money he needed then. I had urged him to get a new ring - (we emailed quite a lot after the 50th reunion ) I understand Doc did get a new ring before he passed away. Replies: There have been no replies.
