By the time Warsaw returns to the Inlet, the sun was shining brightly. Left over snow from the cold months were starting to soften further and soon none would be left on his island. That's right, this was his island now. He felt as if nothing could bring him down!

The kick to his chest and the bite to his shoulder were fresh and just starting to bruise, but the pain was not bothersome. Actually, the pain was his prize. He did not linger in one spot for long as he toured the Inlet with a new sense of pride. The inhabitants would see and they would know he was victorious. A strong musk of another stallion reached his nares. Warsaw immediately springs forward, tucking his Spanish head to his chest, and bolting towards the intruder.

He did not recognize the scent at first, but as soon as Rougaru's form came into view his posture turns less tense. His head raises and he parades towards the stallion as he had just won a war. The closer he got the more his pace slows until he stops a few steps away. Two-toned tail lashes out at a few flies, but a smirk lit up his features despite the annoying creatures. Nothing could break this good mood he was in.

"Ah, Rougaru! Celestria and your daughter will be delighted to hear you have returned." He lies because this stallion was actually one he was fond of. They may have only met briefly the last time Rougaru owned the Desert, but their wants and dreams seemed the same. They were at least similar enough that they plotted together to achieve those goals. Warsaw hoped those plots could continue even further. He would exploit Celestria for as long as Rougaru liked. Warsaw does not make many stallion friends so this thing he had with the larger bay stallion was precious to him.
