She was lost and found, but never really missing as she moved through the first year of her life. Aos Si had been present with her family, at least so she seemed to be. There had been long stretches of time where she went missing, only to show up again as if nothing had happened, or as if a life-time had flashed before her eyes. At the times that this happened she rarely talked about it, not knowing if it would worry or concern her mother and siblings, or if this was normal.

But how she longed to!

Her life had so far taken her on adventures into the highest clouds! Moisture clinging to her pale fur as creatures roared and thundered down, around, and below her! Shadows lurked in already the darkest nights, beckoning her deeper into the depths of the earth. Imps whispered to her as she roamed through their homes in the forests, some of them stealing her away for days at a time. She fell through rabbit holes and ended up seeing through a mirror glass at a world that could not be, but one that was as real as she was. Though her adventures where what she lived for, she knew she needed to return home.

A little thinner than she should have been, Aos Si padded through the trails of Iromar. Her guilt for having been gone was invisible, instead a grin played on her lips. She knew where she had been, and that was good enough for her. Once she thought about it for a bit, she figured her mother and sisters possibly would not mind hearing about where she had been. If anything, they might only be concerned that she had not eaten for a while, and had not told her of her mysterious whereabouts earlier. Sidhe, she felt, would want to know more. Beltane… she honestly did not know what her mother would think of her adventures. Curious, the pup changed her direction to that of their den. Her tail high and waving, she strode with as much grace as a lanky pup could, and pride in every step.

There was a sound just off the trail and Aos Si froze, her ears instantly trained on it and her nose twitching to pick up a scent. By sight and smell alone she could not figure out what it was. Without a second thought of danger or straying off her chosen path, the young pup started to move away from the trail and into the frozen winter moors, the mist and the foliage swallowing up her body with every step she took.
