Some Strange Comments on Iran

I was sort of surprised to hear some of Trump's comments about Iran in his impromptu press conference today; e.g., the Iranians are a wonderful people; we want to get Iran back to being a strong, powerful nation, etc..

I assume his comments were an attempt to tamp down some of the war rhetoric.
