The Rules
  • There will be no fraternizing with enemies. If you put yourself knowingly in danger, don't expect a rescue.
  • We are only as strong as our weakest link. See to it that you are getting stronger in some skill that is useful, whether it is battling, recruiting, charming, etc.
  • The King and Queen have final say in all matters.
Right where I need to be

Desirie

The stallion seemed respectable so she dipped her head back to him. Still, she took no chances with Libra so she didn't encourage her to approach the group. The older filly remained behind her mother just peeking past her with curious eyes on the stallion. The Fjord stallion speaks and offers his companionship alongside his herd. She doesn't accept it openly at first, but he seems nice enough. She was no stranger to fighting to protect her young and she would do that same if this stallion proved a threat later on.

"I will take you up on your offer, but know any funny business around my child and I will not be so kind to you all." A stern gaze was given across the group. Her posture was straight and as tall just as a mare of authority might do. This came with years of being a lead mare along with a year of living alone with a foal to protect. Her motherly instincts were her strongest asset. With everyone seemingly friendly, she settled her strong gaze.

The mare in the back stayed put and stayed silent. She didn't seem harmed in any way, but she didn't openly speak to the group either. Desirie wondered what was wrong with her, but her mind was now focusing in on the Fjord mare standing beside the stallion as she started to speak. She introduced herself so Desirie gives her a smile. "Nice to meet you Zjeena." She then suggests she and her child may have some insight on this island. She nods in agreement.

"Most of the time you can see the dangers coming, but there are a few small creatures to watch out for. The snakes, for example, could kill you with just one bite. Most of the time they keep to themselves just watch where you step. The heat is probably your main problem. It is important to stay hydrated." She shifts her weight from side to side to find some comfort standing on the hard sand.
