Damn, but I'll never understand the stupidity of the lawyers in the White House. If you can't, according to the Supreme Court, ask in the census foem if a person is a citizen of the United States, then ask two questions: "How many people are there in the household?" and follow it up with "How many are citizens of the United States?" God forbid, the form could even ask it in Spanish. Replies:
