Susil Crags

Disaster has struck!
The Crags are a series of rocky formations with small caves and crevices throughout. Many of the lower-lying areas of the Crags have been flooded, however, with water pouring in from the Northern stretches of Moladion. Some paths have been completely submerged, and some are nothing more than a few rocky peaks sticking out of the water. The water is fairly slow moving but begins to pick speed up towards the Grotto, becoming a series of intense rapids and waterfalls as it nears the Grotto's entrance.

The area itself is still traversible. However, it can be risky. Large amounts of debris can enter the waterway, creating bridges at times but also creating dams that break and cause ocassional flash-flooding. Be careful, travelers! One wrong step and you could end up finding out where the water goes.

Note: Susil Crags will return to normal once 25 posts have been completed (or at Staff discretion). During this time, new threads will receive a 'Surprise','Disaster', and prizes.

She didn't seem offended that he didn't know a lot about her title. That wasn't at all what he intended so he was glad for it. The titles he had heard at Spirane were odd to his own ears but he was proud of his pack and its history so he didn't mind the odd titles. They were just hard for him to remember. She explained that her title made her like a caretaker and not exactly a healer. He nodded along. "I know a healer! Moonfeather. She taught me some about herbs and healing when I was younger." She said it was a different kind of care and he scowled thoughtfully. "So what do you do if one of the pups gets hurt while you're watching him or her? Do you call a healer or do you know the basics to handle it yourself?" He was curious of her answer.

He liked her mischeveous look, though, like she had all these plans for the future. Maybe she'd share them with him so he could know what he should be dreaming about! She seemed happy enough when he came up beside her at the waterfall instead of making her call back to him over her shoulder. It just seemed more convenient. She said it was a pleasure to meet him and he smiled and nodded. "You too, Yuki! So we can talk and adventure together, then." He grinned and lifted his head, very proud of this idea. When she said that a pack used to be here, his eyes widened as he looked around in wonder. "Really?! That's so cool!" He tried to smell the air but of course, all he smelled was lone wolves that had come through. No unknown pack smells, but of course, that was probably a long time ago.

She said the name of the pack, Paracon. He grinned at her again. "I wonder what kind of wolves lived there and what their leader was like. Do you think it was like Spirane or different?" She asked if he wanted to explore and he nodded vigorously. She brought up big boulders for speeches and his grin grew wider. Of course! He bounded ahead, eager to start. He started looking around with a serious expression, fully taking this hunt seriously. What should he be looking for? He glanced around, checking the landscape for anything out of the ordinary. He gasped then, running toward an old stump. To some, it might just look like a tree that had died and broke off but he smelled the top of the stump and motioned to Yuki.

"What about this? I bet it was living during the time of Paracon. It's the only tree I see around here for miles, or at least, the only evidence of a tree. Think it might have been a place to meet for the pack? I wonder where the edges of the pack were..." He glanced around, still concentrating on finding things others might overlook.
