Who I can be with you

There was a part of him that had hoped that he would never have to speak with anyone here, he was a loner after all, but at the same time; he knew that it was a rare occasion that he could be alone in such a place. He knew that he was striking in appearance, it wasn’t unusual that he got some attention for it, but he cared naught about it and tried to just stay away from the usual grouping of horses that tended to form in common places.
With a snort he soon left the creek when he felt done with the water, rejuvenated by how the cold feeling hit his stomach, making him more alert about his surroundings. But it didn’t take many moments before he in the corner of his blue eye could see someone closing up to him. She was hard to miss, her barrel heavy, pregnant by the looks of it, and the way she swayed with each step. He didn’t have anything in particular against pregnant mares; he just had something against everyone, because he couldn’t muster any interest in anyone really. He doubted that this mare would either, but for once he decided to stay, at least for a few moments after she called out to him, to humor her.

For a second his ears clipped, listening to her and then looking over to the mares that she seemed to have been talking to. Of course they immediately looked away at his gaze, but he had been aware of them this whole time. The fact that she was worried about what they thought of her amused him enough to place a light smile upon his labrums. For a moment his nostrils flared when he breathed in deeply, before turning his head towards her again. Underneath his long white forelock, you could clearly see that upon his white head, there was a black star decorating his forehead, and his eyes were a striking blue, almost piercing.
“I heed no wishes, but I think if your point was to make them jealous, you’ve already succeeded. The gazes they’re giving you this very moment is almost piercing my skin also.”
That faint smile upon his lips showed that he was amused, although he didn’t know for how long that would last. He was already feeling a slight urge to just leave her standing there. The only thing that kept him was the fact that this was a mare that wanted to piss off some others. Amusing enough for the moment.

“I was about to apologize for not being a conversationalist, but then again, it was you who approached me.”
Adraxes never minded being brutally honest with others, even if it ended up being rude or hurting anyones’ feelings. It was just who he was, and he wasn’t going to change himself for someone he just met. He actually doubted he would ever change, for anyone. He just had never felt the interest to socialize with anyone, not even as a colt. He had never played much with others, and the one he had taken interest in, had ended up betraying him. It had destroyed all trust that he had ever held for others even from the start, as a young naïve colt.
“Amuse me and I might continue to talk to you. Why me?”
