He was not exactly comfortable with other stallions, especially when they approach and nearly act like your not present. It was clear to him what Rougaru's intention was and Liland was not happy. He indeed wished for this mare to join his family but he would never force a horse to do so it was not his way. His mares were free to leave if they ever wanted to, though if they had his foals they would have to stay till the foal is at least a year in which case she could then choose to leave and the foal would get a choice to stay or leave with the mother. He'd never of course force the foal and mother a part.
