It's a foldable ,leather, pocket sized "bill-fold" to carry dollar bills and has a buttoned pocket for change and a few keys. Mine is getting old and it was hard to find at the shopping mall. I wanted it so I could just flash the side with my picture ID and security clearance when clearing building security. The only advise I ever got was never carry it in a hip pocket where it could be easily swiped.
