The mention of the Columbarium and the immense concern about future flooding of Annapolis gives me a thought. Having made a visit to the Columbarium during our 65th I noticed the Severn River was already lapping at the top of the present bulkhead so the bottom levels of the Columbarium must flood even now during those once-in-awhile extra high tides. So why not put the submariners in the bottom levels, surface guys above them and the aviators in the upper levels!!! Just kidding guys
