Why most of the permanent NHS staff are harassed relentlessly to the point that they are forced to leave, only to be replaced by temporary workers? Is it being done deliberately because NHS doesn't have the money to pay for pensions or long term benefits? Short term, visa dependent foreign workers are much cheaper to hire and can be easily kicked out with the help of home office! Replies: There have been no replies.
