Adelia still seems skeptical of him especially with her comment. He brushes it off and doesn't reply mostly because he isn't sure how to respond. He could not betray Cullen or his brothers so he would not help her escape. At least for right now he wouldn't, but the future could hold a different tale for himself and Adelia. It would all depends on how much their bond grew from just been acquitences like they were now, to friends, to maybe more. The Fjord agrees to go on a walk with him. This makes him happy to change the subject of converstation and focus on happier things.

The young bay smiles and tosses his head as if to say 'this way'. He turns and guides her further into the Lagoon. The jungle of shrubs and trees thicken the Lagoon from the outside world. "You have to be careful not to cut yourself out here. There is some plants around here with thorns and sharp sticks that like to sneak up on you." Brown eyes glance down at a scratch on one of his front legs. He snorts before looking up and prceeding on. "It can get very humid here in the summer, but fall starts to cool the place down." She probably already knew this bit of information since it was summer now an the heat that was already pooled in this land. Finally, they reach the swamp where Augustine quickly places his hooves in the shallow water.

"You have to be mindful of where you walk in these shallow waters. They are thick with slime and dirt so you can't see the bottom. Many snakes roam around here so don't get bit. Some could kill you so watch out. I have not seen an alliagator, but Cullen says he has once. Those are nasty he says." Augustine could only guess about some of the stuff he hasn't seen yet. "The water connects to the sea so don't drink it. I can show you where to drink." He moves away from the sea water and escorts Adelia to a stream to drink from. His head tosses to the north. "The best grass in my opinion is probably closest to the border near the edge of the commons." Cullen probably wouldn't like her venturing that way of course, but he didn't make that comment. "If you can't find something or need help you can just ask me bonita." He gives her a wink.
