Boss's Decree

"For every brother you bring to our
midst, you may keep a trinket all to
yourself. She will not be sullied or traded, unless you deem otherwise. But should you bring a mare here without a new brother first, then I will consider her property of the Lagoon as a whole
and do with her as I see fit." - Garmr

Rules

• The Lagoon is where homeless stallions come to live as a brotherhood. Mares may not live here except as captives or companions for the Leaders.

• Soldiers keep mainly to fighting, Thieves keep mainly to raiding, and Associates may do both, neither, or act as diplomats. Members may issue their own battles and raids, but should generally consult the General, Marauder or Boss for permission.

• All major decisions are determined by vote, but the Boss maintains order within the Lagoon and has the final say.

• Elections for leadership positions will be held every TLI summer, provided the qualifying criteria are met.

• You can find detailed information about how the Lagoon works on the Rules page.

• Upon election, the Boss can issue a rule for members to follow during their tenure. It is up to leadership to enforce.

*~My Next Collison Course~*

He knew there was probably a lot of stallions in the Lagoon herd that he had yet to meet so he aimed to remedy that soon enough. He didn't really know anything about them so what better way than through talking to them and getting to know them? He'd already gotten to meet Augustine who seemed like a good guy. Maybe a bit of a ladies' man but who isn't when you're in a bachelor herd? Especially with the breeding season coming, Collision felt himself getting more antsy but he didn't expect to cover any mares this time, anyway. When he gave his name to the blue roan, the other male was quick to tell him his own name, Raider. Collision nodded in acknowledgement. "Pleasure to meet you, Raider." He wondered if the stallion had the scars from training or if he was a bit of a trouble maker.

The bachelor herd would need all kinds, after all. Collision was more about keeping your head down and doing what he thought was right but he knew they might also be called upon to raid other herds or claim mares to keep the herd going. They would just have to depend on other stallions to get that done. "So, Raider, what brings you to a bachelor herd instead of getting your own herd of mares?" He wasn't trying to interrogate him, just wondering what his intentions were. Did the bachelor life just suit him better or did he have bigger plans in mind? Collision was eager to get to know the other stallions here.
