I am not totally sure but I think they have a high turnover. I have heard the staff grades are not very happy and there have been major fallouts within the department. I have even heard there was a case of unfair dismissal, which the trust reportedly lost in court or had to settle out of court.
Some trainees in the local area have been very unhappy there and even reported a bullying culture so I would best avoid. I guess phone the current staff grades, but if they have any sense they won't tell you a thing.
