Boss's Decree

"For every brother you bring to our
midst, you may keep a trinket all to
yourself. She will not be sullied or traded, unless you deem otherwise. But should you bring a mare here without a new brother first, then I will consider her property of the Lagoon as a whole
and do with her as I see fit." - Garmr

Rules

• The Lagoon is where homeless stallions come to live as a brotherhood. Mares may not live here except as captives or companions for the Leaders.

• Soldiers keep mainly to fighting, Thieves keep mainly to raiding, and Associates may do both, neither, or act as diplomats. Members may issue their own battles and raids, but should generally consult the General, Marauder or Boss for permission.

• All major decisions are determined by vote, but the Boss maintains order within the Lagoon and has the final say.

• Elections for leadership positions will be held every TLI summer, provided the qualifying criteria are met.

• You can find detailed information about how the Lagoon works on the Rules page.

• Upon election, the Boss can issue a rule for members to follow during their tenure. It is up to leadership to enforce.

*~My Next Collison Course~*

He was disappointed that he didn't have more to report about the activities of the Lagoon. Maybe he wasn't really in the inside circle but all he knew was that Raider was doing a lot of practice battles and most of the boys were probably prowling around, looking for mares to knock up. Gent looked surprised. The Lagoon must have caused more drama back when he was here before. Collision didn't know whether that was something he wanted or not, but he should have known being in a bachelor herd shouldn't be peaceful. Too much testosterone. Who knew? Maybe he'd have fun with a little drama, as long as no mares were injured or otherwise assaulted. Gent seemed thoughtful for a moment, as if trying to plan his next move. Collision's gaze switched to Diamant when he murmured something and then walked away.

His ears followed the stallion as he walked away before looking back at Gent, a brow raised in question. Gent was quick to explain, though, saying that the stallion got a head injury and hasn't been quite right. Collision scowled in sympathy and nodded in acknowledgement. "That sounds rough. I'm sorry you've both been through that. He's lucky to have you there." Then Gent said that Diamant didn't want to come here but they wanted family close. He nodded again. The subject changed then and Gent offered a grin before apologizing. Collision smirked and shook his head. "It's quite alright. I don't mind being a listening ear when someone needs to vent." He looked around before glancing back at Gent. "Well, I don't want to hold you up or anything. Is there anything else I can help you with? It really has been a pleasure to meet you both."
