Re(1): Making a Cup of Morning Coffee Posted on 11/14/2019 at 13:16:40 by John Wells
Bless those Australians with their Breville line of kitchen appliances, I start each day with a latte. I have a Breville grinder, espresso machine, and milk frother. I usually use Peet's coffee beans, French roast. The only chore is a monthly cleaning of the espresso machine's boiler using white apple vinegar as a good decalcifier cleaner. My latte is as good as the local Starbucks, far less expesnsive, and I don't have to drive a dozen miles to get it.
I used to have a Keurig and found the Green Mountain pods make a decent cup of coffee, and decalcify just as easy. Lately I see that Starbucks and Peets have coffee pods.
To make a cup of coffee the equal of an expensive restuarant, get a French press coffee maker. The only drawback is they're a bitch to clean.
