And the cold lonely air. On the rock restless seas. The palomino mare stares down her nose at her pulsing ankle. She felt flushed, as if all the blood moved to her face and chest, now that her breathing had finally evened out. She snorted every so often, trying to expel the remaining granules of sand from her nostrils and face. She blinked in rapid succession as she looked up at the pony stallion, an unfaltering scowl plastered on her face. She rolls her eyes at him as he tries to explain himself, before finally rolling on her side and attempting to stand. Predictably, her sore ankle buckles under her weight and she falls with a soft thump back into the sand on her first attempt, and then her second. Annoyed, Tavas pushed through the pain and managed to hobble onto three legs by the third try, holding up her injured leg for all to see. She'd heard what Bjorn had to say during this time, but chose not to respond to it. Even if the pony stallion had an alliance with Warsaw, there was no way her dam would let Warsaw ship her off Tinuvel. No way, no how. She grit her teeth and clenched her jaw in frustration, her anger becoming internally directed toward Warsaw now. He was as guilty in all of this as the pony king, she mused. When finally, the Icelandic stud asked if she was hurt, she gave him an irritated, teenager-like look of "no duh" before rolling her eyes. "My ankle." She said, her wide golden gaze flicking down to the puffy joint. "But I don't need your help." She flicked her blonde tail over her haunches and stared at him, her expression still quite sour. "If I'm stuck with you, you better start working on finding us a better place to live." She spat, her eyes scanning the desolate, desert-like terrain. "Because I am not staying here."
