Snake Girl

Nampeyo may be young but she had watched her mother lead and the other around her how they reacted to certain cues. She took majority after her Friesian mother However; despite her dominance she was also not a violent mare, she’d rather talk things out then fight others. However, she would fight to defend herself, her title and the others under her. No one would harm any she oversaw if she could help it. Her mother taught her to never give up and even if you lose one battle you go back stronger and with more vigor. She was also precise in what she wants, and Requiem hadn’t given her any trouble about it.

Her ear flicked to the mare grazing beside her wondering if she should finally break the silence. She was going to but then Requiem was calling them, and the two mares headed to the stallion they had both chosen to follow. Her mind set on what he might be revealing to them. Then it was a simple telling them his father lost his land to a woman and internally Nampeyo was laughing about it, but she didn’t voice much. She agreed to stay if his mares knew she was in charge. This mare, well she didn’t seem to care about it. Or at least challenge her to for it. So, when the mare side stepped away she relaxed her position and nickered at her to let her now she wasn’t going to hurt her or anything. After all, Nampeyo wasn’t an aggressive mare, just dominant. I’m not going to hurt you Evanescence was it? I am Nampeyo. I am dominant not aggressiveShe said calmly. Sometimes dominance and aggression went together but not with her.

Then her eyes turn back to Requiem as he declares he will protect them. Good, that what stallions were for.So who is this mare who has dethroned your father? Is she a threat to our little herd? She asks.
