Boss's Decree

"For every brother you bring to our
midst, you may keep a trinket all to
yourself. She will not be sullied or traded, unless you deem otherwise. But should you bring a mare here without a new brother first, then I will consider her property of the Lagoon as a whole
and do with her as I see fit." - Garmr

Rules

• The Lagoon is where homeless stallions come to live as a brotherhood. Mares may not live here except as captives or companions for the Leaders.

• Soldiers keep mainly to fighting, Thieves keep mainly to raiding, and Associates may do both, neither, or act as diplomats. Members may issue their own battles and raids, but should generally consult the General, Marauder or Boss for permission.

• All major decisions are determined by vote, but the Boss maintains order within the Lagoon and has the final say.

• Elections for leadership positions will be held every TLI summer, provided the qualifying criteria are met.

• You can find detailed information about how the Lagoon works on the Rules page.

• Upon election, the Boss can issue a rule for members to follow during their tenure. It is up to leadership to enforce.

The Tides of Change

Adelia still wished to be part of a normal herd, no some bachelor herd where she was just there to give them foals. However, she liked Augustine enough that she couldn't see herself going anywhere without him. He was different then Adolfo. He seemed to actually care about her well being and her in general. He spent time with her to get to know her, not just to keep an eye on her. Adolfo had only cared to use her as a bargaining chip. Now she was stuck in a bachelor herd where she was nothing more than fodder.

It will be my first foal as wellShe said. She wasn't sure if that was a good thing or not that this foal was their first, neither of them was experienced in raising a foal could be detrimental to the foal. At least that's how she felt. At least they weren't living somewhere like Tinuvel where it was cold more than any of the other lands. However, she did want to live in a normal herd. She grazed silently for a few more minutes before lifting her dial and looking at Augustine.have you ever thought of running your own herd? She questions.

It's not like if he decided to do such a thing that he had to break off ties with the bachelors. He would just move on to start his own herd, live his life. She would help him to gladly even if Adolfo wouldn't be pleased, she didn't care what her brother wanted. Sure she knew he didn't want to leave his brethren but some stallions eventually liked to start their own herd, their own families.
