The morning sun cast a beautiful orange glow over the Dunes as she woke. Today, Libra woke up alone only because she told her mother and sister she needed some time by herself. She would soon to a mother come spring so she wanted to know what it felt like to do things on her own. Desirie had taught her well so she knew she would be alright, but she wouldn't know how it felt until she tried it. So far, everything was quiet, but it was lonely. Being alone was nice for a few hours, but after that Libra found herself wanting the company of others. Perhaps that was just her survival instincts kicking in, but she assumes this was because of how she was brought up.

Desirie never left their side for very long. Mother was always near and always telling her how precious she was being the sole kin to the late Dune's King. Her parents had been madly in love and she got to see that for the short time her father was alive. Libra sought her kind of love like that, but until she found the right stallion she decided to create love differently. Her eyes glance at the growing belly as she thinks how wonderful it was to love a child. She now understood what her mother felt for her children despite not being in love with their fathers. Libra did not personally know the stallion she bred with, but he was handsome and desert bred so she picked him.

Her mouth opens in a large yawn before she stretches out her legs from their cramped position on the Dune's sandy floor. She stands after a few moments, stretches again, then decides to go for a walk. The herd was off somewhere else and she would find them later, but for now, she was enjoying some alone time. That was until a figure of a male appeared before her. "Good morning." She says with a smile as she recognizes the handsome stranger who bred her a month prior. She wonders if he was here to see how she was doing or if he had other reasons to be in the Dunes.
