The Rules
  • There will be no fraternizing with enemies. If you put yourself knowingly in danger, don't expect a rescue.
  • We are only as strong as our weakest link. See to it that you are getting stronger in some skill that is useful, whether it is battling, recruiting, charming, etc.
  • The King and Queen have final say in all matters.

Daciana
seeress of the badlands

Her ears swivel forward as his gravelly tones fill the space between them with a single word. Intresting Her seeing eye searches his face for meaning to his word, but just finds mild curiousty staring back at her. She suspects he had not expected one of the fairer sex to take claim of a land, let alone a one filled with tumbleweeds, craggy hills and deep ravines. Truth was the terrain fit her, it calls to her even now as she stands here speaking with Cain.

She can see that her words have fluffed his ego, but they were meant with deep sincerity. She does not doll out praise often, so it must be earned. She finds his scars, timely arrival, and diplomatic tone as good fortune and approves. Her mind wanders to Gilead and Kamekaze, both new to the Badlands but bother were worth their weight. Where a single stallion protects a herd, she has two plus herself. The thought brings a sense of pride. Plus the Badlands were not lands that many would venture into unless they wanted to surely become lost souls and perish.

She eyes the man as he jokes about getting to know the girl next door. She hears the humor in his voice, but it has been so long since she has laughed or giggle she has forgotten what it feels like upon her lips. So she stands there awkwardly, unsure how to respond. "Perfect, an alliance has been sealed," she says with a swish of her tail. "I will return to the Badlands then," she pauses momentarily. "I look forward to getting to know the boy next door," she says as she tries her hand at this humor thing. She tries to give him a smile but it ends up turning into more of a grimace than anything. It holds on her lips for a brief moment before it is replaced with her look of indifference once again.

"she who walks the floors of Hell."
