He hoped that his mares would eventually branch out and meet each other. Maybe in finding friends, they would find less time to hate him. He knew Geneva was a rare gem in her instant liking of him and what he could offer. Others like Primrose and Leonid would be far different. Ah well, he didn't expect to be liked all the way around. Even Vihaan would take some work when she finally made her way to the Desert. In the meantime, he would continue his work as a lead stallion and keep showing them that he was here for the long run, like it or not. He felt like he must be getting better at grooming cause she was leaning more into his touch instead of wincing. Once they moved to the water to drink, he asked about the child growing inside her cause he was curious. This would be his first time being a father and it was hard to hide the excitement. She said if it was a boy, she wanted to name him Legolas and if a girl, Marybal. He smiled. "Good names. Strong names. I'm sure the foal will live up to it." He swished his tail and reached out to gently bump her shoulder with his nose.
