She knew that Vasilisa was a proud mare but she didn't know who was more stubborn between her and Rougaru. It was a good toss up. Vasilisa wanted peace but wasn't willing to offer an olive branch until she got something. That was never the way to be with a proud stallion cause they would never give you what you want. Monster didn't know how to make her see that though without her thinking Monster was telling her to submit or something else as preposterous. No, offering a clean slate was not a step down or back sometimes, but the necessary step to move forward. Vasilisa was still stuck on the past, stomping her hoof as she said that Rougaru had already offered an opinion that Noctis was stronger but she went back to his first opinion and Monster sighed, trying to remain patient. "No one is arguing it wasn't wrong." She would have said more but she could see Vasilisa was trying to rein in her temper so she allowed her that moment, ears pricking for when the mare spoke next. She said that she wouldn't make the first move and Monster scowled thoughtfully, ears flicking back and forth as she tried to figure out how to proceed. Finally, she tilted her head. "Okay, how would you suggest he go about that? Do you have something particular in mind?" Her ears flicked forward in curiosity of Lissa's response.
